Easter Seals Project ACTION Copyright Notification

Easter Seals Project ACTION derives assistance through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration.  Downloading, distribution and use of Project ACTION documents in the mission of advancing accessible transportation is encouraged, but commercial and other proprietary usage is prohibited.  Other restrictions may apply as stated in Section 18, “Rights in Data and Copyrights,” of the Master Agreement for Federal Transit Administration Agreements.
