Technical Assistance

 

Easter Seals Project ACTION provides technical assistance to the disability community, transportation industry, government, human service agencies, advocacy and professional organizations and others on the full range of issues associated with the provision of accessible transportation for people with disabilities of any age. Technical assistance is available through an array of avenues, including:

  • Operation of a Store, which offers free print, video, audio, and multimedia products addressing all aspects of accessible transportation.

  • Technical assistance Web pages, offering a "virtual library" of links to resources

NEW! Community curriculum, Getting There Together: Supporting Accessible Sustainable Transportation in Our Community, a two-hour training activity designed to teach members of the general public how to work together to support accessible sustainable transportation (i.e., public transportation) in their community.
